** 56k access requires V.90 compatible modem; FCC regulations limit the maximum transmission speed over the US public telephone network to 53kbps.

1 - Internet network hardware and software purchased from Netalliance in conjunction with new or upgraded service will be installed as part of the setup & on site equipment installation fee. Customer provided equipment, which meets with our approved equipment list requirements, can be installed on a time and materials basis at $150 an hour.

Internet shareware and freeware applications necessary to access Netalliance and the most popular Internet resources will be installed on one workstation or file server. Installation on additional workstations or servers is available on a time and materials basis at $150 an hour.

2 - Does not include the cost of analog circuit (standard phone line) or ISDN circuit installation by the Local Exchange Carrier (e.g. US West Communications). If ISDN, for clients with locations in the seven county Twin Cities metropolitan area and receiving telephone service from US West Communications, the standard US West ISDN service installation fee is $110.00 and is billed directly to customer. Netalliance will, upon receipt of your "Letter of Agency," coordinate the installation of the ISDN circuits on your behalf as part of the install fee.

3 - Monthly Access Fee: Monthly access fee is billed in advance, and will not be refunded for termination of service prior to the end of your billing cycle.

4 - LEC Monthly Fee: The ordering of the circuit is handled by Netalliance upon receipt of Letter of Agency. ISDN or RADSL circuit fees, plus applicable taxes, are billed directly to the customer by the local exchange carrier (i.e. US West).

5 - Term Discounts: Term discounts do not include equipment package and on-site setup and installation fees.

6 - Home Network (LAN) option: Connect up to 6 devices for simultaneous Internet access. Assumes customer- provided, functioning LAN equipment and cabling.
