1 - On-Site Installation: Domain Name registration - you will be directly responsible for the $30-50 annual domain name registration fees imposed by InterNIC. Equipment purchased from Netalliance in conjunction with new or upgraded service will be installed as part of the setup and installation fee. Customer provided equipment, which meets our approved equipment requirements, can be installed on a time and materials basis at $175 per hour. Internet applications necessary to access Netalliance and the most popular Internet resources will be installed on one workstation or file server. Installation on additional workstations or servers is available on a time and materials basis at $175 an hour. This price does not include the installation of local exchange carrier circuits or services for RADSL within the US West Communications Twin Cities LATA boundaries.
2 - LEC Installation:ADSL and ISDN circuit installation fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed directly to the customer by the local exchange carrier (i.e. US West).
3 - Monthly Access Fee: Annual service contract required. Monthly access fee is billed in advance, and will not be refunded for termination of service prior to the end of your billing cycle.
4 - LEC Monthly Fee: The ordering of the circuit is handled by Netalliance upon receipt of Letter of Agency. RADSL circuit fees, plus applicable taxes, are billed directly to the customer by the local exchange carrier (i.e. US West).
5 - Term Discounts:
Term discounts do not include equipment package and on-site setup
and installation fees.
